SHIPPING & RETURNS

Ordering & Processing

Once you have placed your order and received your confirmation email the work on our end begins. As everything is made in our Norwood workroom, we have an order processing time of 6 weeks. Once your order has been posted you will receive an email notification with your shipping information.

For online orders we accept payment via our online payment platforms Stripe and PayPal. We will not commence the making of your product until payment of the order price in full is received by us. The order price is inclusive of GST.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer standard and express postage Australia wide and New Zealand. We also offer local pickup for Adelaide based customers. If you have chosen local pickup, we will contact you to organise the collection of your goods once your order is ready.

Haven’t received your order?

If you are still waiting on your order and the estimated delivery time has passed, or you simply want an update on delivery please contact us at liz@caleche.com.au and we will send you the tracking information. We are always here to help with any questions you may have and to assist with your tracking.

Taxes & Duties

Customs/Import duties and taxes are not included in our item pricing or our shipping costs. Any Customs/Imports charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return your item, please contact us at liz@caleche.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for return. If the item is in unused and perfect condition, we will issue you a refund of the product. Once we have received the product back and confirmed it is in good condition, we will issue a refund.

Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer unless the product is faulty. If the product is faulty please include a receipt of the return post in the returned package.

We will not provide a refund only because you changed your mind.
